La Junta de Mercados de Capitales aprobó la oferta pública de Koza Polyester Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ y CVK Maden.
Según la decisión del boletín semanal de CMB, se formaron 23,16 millones de TL acciones durante el aumento del capital actual de Koza Polyester de 193 millones de TL a 216 millones 160 000 TL, 10 millones 615 000 TL pertenecientes a Sait Akınal y Suat. Se venderán acciones del Grupo B de Akınal con un valor nominal de 10 millones 615 mil TL.
Las acciones con un valor nominal de 1 TL se ofrecerán a la venta a un precio fijo de 24,50 TL.
PRECIO 105 TL EN CVK MADEN
Según otra decisión de oferta pública incluida en el boletín semanal de CMB, se formaron 7 millones de TL acciones durante el aumento del capital actual de CVK Maden de 35 millones de TL a 42 millones de TL con un valor nominal de 1,4 millones de TL pertenecientes a Begüm Çevik, una de las socios existentes. Las acciones del Grupo B se venderán.
Las acciones con un valor nominal de 1 TL se ofrecerán a la venta a un precio fijo de 105 TL.
