Los restaurantes Tickets, Bodega, Pakta y Hoja Santa, regentados por el chef Albert Adrià y el grupo Iglesias, no volverán a abrir, según ha informado Juan Carlos Iglesias, el mayor de los hermanos propietarios del grupo empresarial. “Albert Adrià tenía un contrato de servicio con nosotros, por eso, a modo de efecto dominó, en el momento en que decidimos no volver, se acaba nuestra relación laboral”, comenta el gallego, que añade que el modelo de los cuatro restaurantes, en el que cada comensal pagaba 150 euros por comida, actualmente es insostenible. “Si no hay turistas y no podemos cocinar de noche, ya no podemos abrir los cuatro restaurantes del grupo El Barri”, dice.
